Born and raised in Waterloo, Mark grew up playing hockey at the Albert McCormick Community Centre. Driven by a lifelong commitment to quality outdoor spaces, he established Sod Installation Waterloo to bring over 15 years of landscaping experience directly to your backyard. As the company’s leader, he ensures that every lawn replacement and sodding project reflects our core values of honesty and reliability. When he isn’t helping homeowners achieve the perfect lawn, Mark spends his weekends fishing with his two kids at Conestogo Lake.
Growing up on a family farm just outside of St. Jacobs, Sarah brings a lifetime of hands-on soil and agriculture knowledge to the team. Her sharp organizational skills and attention to detail guarantee that every project runs smoothly. She coordinates all of our residential and commercial sod installations, making sure our crews have exactly what they need to get the job done right the first time.
Dave oversees the hands-on work of grading and soil preparation. He has been running grading equipment for over a decade and is known across town for his pristine edge-work. With a strong background in transforming difficult, clay-heavy yards, he ensures each site is perfectly leveled and prepared for fresh sod. When he isn’t leveling soil, Dave loves giving back to the community by coaching youth soccer for Waterloo United.
Emma is our trusted expert on all things green. She specializes in ongoing lawn care, lawn fertilization, and grub control. Emma assists clients in maintaining their newly installed turf, diagnosing soil issues, and ensuring your grass is optimized for long-term health and vibrant color through every Southern Ontario season.
